Thank you for shopping with Tape City Art, operated by Tina Ngo Designs, LLC. We carefully prepare and package each order so your Tape City Art products arrive ready for you to create your own lines.

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

During product launches, holidays, special promotions, or periods of high order volume, processing may take additional time.

You will receive an order confirmation after your purchase and, when available, a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed during checkout unless a free-shipping promotion or other special offer applies.

Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be shown before your order is completed.

Delivery time depends on the shipping method selected at checkout, destination, and shipping carrier.

Shipping estimates begin after your order has been processed.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.

If we are unable to ship your order within the timeframe stated at the time of purchase, we will provide notice and, when required by applicable law, provide the option to accept the delay or cancel the affected order for a refund.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered processing or has been shipped.

Additional shipping charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer's responsibility.

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check around the delivery location and contact the shipping carrier.

If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us so we can help determine the appropriate next steps.

We carefully package our products, but occasionally damage can occur during shipping.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

• Your order number
• A description of the damage
• Photos of the damaged product
• Photos of the packaging, when applicable

We will review the issue and determine whether a replacement, refund, or other resolution is appropriate.

Please keep the damaged product and packaging until your request has been reviewed.

If your order arrives with an incorrect product or is missing an item or kit component, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We will review the order and work with you to correct the issue.

Unless specifically offered during checkout, Tape City Art currently ships within the United States only.

If international shipping becomes available, additional shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply.
