Tape City Art offers creative art kits, art supplies, artwork, and related products designed to encourage creativity and hands-on artmaking.

Customized, personalized, commissioned, or made-to-order products may be final sale where disclosed at the time of purchase.

Tape City Art kits may contain art and craft materials such as tape, glue, brushes, scissors, craft knives, or other tools.

Product contents vary by kit. Customers should review the product description, packaging, instructions, warnings, and recommended age information before use.

Adult supervision is recommended for children using Tape City Art products.

Products containing sharp tools, including craft knives or X-Acto-style knives, are intended for adult use only unless otherwise expressly stated.

Tape City Art is not responsible for injuries or damages resulting from misuse of products, failure to follow provided instructions or warnings, or use of a product in a manner for which it was not intended, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Certain Tape City Art products may be designed or suitable for children. However, purchases through TapeCityArt.com must be made by an adult or by an individual legally capable of entering into a purchase agreement.

Parents, guardians, teachers, educators, and other supervising adults are responsible for determining whether a particular product or activity is appropriate for a child.

Products containing craft knives or other sharp tools should not be provided to children.

Purchasing a Tape City Art product does not transfer ownership of the underlying artwork, designs, instructions, or other intellectual property.

Customers may create artwork from Tape City Art kits for their own personal use and enjoyment.

Any Tape City Art names, logos, slogans, product names, artwork, or other brand identifiers displayed on the website remain the property of their respective owner.

Nothing contained on the website grants permission to use Tape City Art branding for commercial purposes without prior written authorization.

Tape City Art kits are creative products intended to encourage individual artistic expression.
